   4.3 Authorized Jurisdictions. While Manzuri Law practices law in several jurisdictions, each Manzuri Law attorney is licensed to practice only in those jurisdictions set forth in that attorney’s biography on the Manzuri Law Site.
   
   4.4 No Warranty of Results. The Information may include descriptions of matters in which Manzuri Law successfully represented clients. These outcomes were based on the unique facts and circumstances of each individual case and are not intended to predict or guarantee similar results in future matters, even those with comparable circumstances. 9. Governing Law; Limitation on Time to File Claims.

    

   You agree that any dispute related to the Manzuri Law Site or these Notices and Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules that might apply the laws of another jurisdiction. You further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

   ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

    If You inadvertently access information not intended for You, You agree to promptly notify Manzuri Law and to lawfully delete or destroy all copies of such information in your possession.
