She was there for me in an instant. Knowledgable. Resourceful. She explained the whole process and all the different possibilities of what could happen, what the probabilities of them happening were, and what I needed to be prepared for. She kept track of everything for me, followed through with all of her preparation and plans, and kept me informed the whole way though.
